These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kidenda application and website (the "Service"), operated by Aposkitis Charalampos ("we", "us", "our"), the seller of the Service.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, tax collection, invoicing and refunds on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. The Service

Kidenda is a family scheduling tool. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use.

All content, code, design, trademarks and materials in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter (schedules, notes, children's names, etc.).

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Do not rely on Kidenda for medical, legal or safety-critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
