This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Kidenda made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.
Email aposkitis.charalampos@outlook.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Refund request" and your Paddle order number if available. We will forward the request to Paddle for processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
After the 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (for example, if the Service is unavailable for a prolonged period through no fault of yours).
Kidenda includes a 7-day free trial before any charge. You will not be charged during the trial and no refund is needed if you decide not to purchase.
